The home is dominated by bright interiors, characterised by muted colours and thoughtful design. The space supports daily rituals, provides a sense of security and allows to enjoy time together.

The Grenton Smart Home System used here provides greater comfort and convenience. The automation has been planned to respond to the real needs of the homeowners, leaving them with the flexibility to adapt it in the future.

In this implementation, the Grenton system enables residents:

  • Lighting control – convenient management of lighting throughout the home is available from the myGrenton app, touch panels and a tablet placed on the wall. Selected lighting scenes adapt to the time of day and the activity of the residents.

  • Curtain and blind management – automatic control of curtains and blinds allows to control the amount of natural light and provides privacy where needed.

  • Heating management – the system adjusts the temperature in selected zones of the house according to the householder’s preferences, resulting in comfort and energy savings.

  • Garage door control – a convenient solution that allows owners to open and close the door remotely from anywhere.

  • Water valve closure – an important safety feature. The system detects a fault, sends a notification in the myGrenton app and closes the water valve preventing flooding.

Discrete technology in an aesthetic interior

One of the key objectives of this project was to keep the interiors minimalist and bright. The owners therefore opted for Smart Panels and Grenton Touch Panels. Their black and white fronts and modern finish harmonise with the wall colours, wooden floors and natural materials. The panels are placed in key areas of the house, such as the bathroom, bedroom and hallway, providing convenient access to key functions.

In addition, a tablet with the myGrenton app has been installed in the living room, providing an intuitive control centre for the entire home. The control is simple, clear and accessible to everyone in the house.

Intelligent functions for everyday comfort

The project presented here shows that home automation can be a practical addition to a simple single-family home. Users do not have to sacrifice the simplicity of the space or change the character of the interiors – the technology here has been tailored to the needs of the householders and their daily habits.

It is a solution for those who value convenience, security and the ability to manage their home on their own terms.
