Smart Home Ready.

Prepare investment for a future with low initial outlay.

Minimal cost today. Full flexibility when selling tomorrow.

Low entry barrier

Preparing an apartment for a smart home system represents a negligible expense within the project budget, with no real impact on the cost of construction per square meter of usable floor area.

Sales argument

You offer every apartment as smart-home ready, an easily marketable selling point that does not require a decision on full implementation during the construction phase.

Additional margin

The buyer orders the upgrade to a full system either when signing the contract or during the stage of making custom modifications to the unit. This represents an additional revenue stream for you, with no upfront risk.

Smart Home Ready (SH Ready) means preparing the electrical installation for the Grenton system during the construction phase.

  • Installation and cabling are ready at the developer-standard stage.
  • The apartment enters the market with the “smart ready” attribute.
  • When signing the contract or arranging fit-out modifications, the buyer selects and pays for a ready-made package of predefined smart home features, with the option to expand the system later.

As a result, you raise the standard of your offering and earn a margin on system expansion, without upfront risk.

Low entry barrier

The scope is limited to preparing the infrastructure for the subsequent installation of automation systems: communication bus cabling, deeper standard-sized back boxes, an electrical distribution board with spare capacity for several DIN modules, and additional control valves for the water and central heating systems.

The work is primarily carried out by the electrical contractor in accordance with the existing schedule, without altering the architectural design, structural elements, building permit, or completion deadlines.

Sales argument

Sales messaging can focus on practical benefits, ranging from flood protection and remote control of heating and lighting to cost savings.

You tailor the argument to the buyer’s profile. The scope of the initial setup does not dictate the final functionality; the client selects that from ready-made, predefined packages.

Additional margin

Once the installation is complete, the buyer can decide on the scope of the system’s functionality at their own expense. This is typically done when signing the contract or arranging custom modifications, while ordering additional apartment fit-outs.

For you, it means additional revenue; for the resident, the freedom of choice.

The buyer chooses from 3 ready-made smart home packages

The buyer chooses from these ready-made packages, while retaining the option to further expand the Grenton system in the future.
